National Animal ID Information Sessions in Wahkiakum

Many livestock owners have questions on the National Animal Identification System and its impact on family farms. To help answer some of these questions, WSU Extension is sponsoring an informational session with Chris Spaulding, animal ID specialist for the Washington State Department of Agriculture, on May 2nd at 7 p.m. in the River Street Meeting Room at 25 River Street in Cathlamet. WSU Extension Small Farms, 4-H and Livestock specialists are leading an additional session at the Grays River Grange on May 9th at 7:30 p.m.
